This trendy dessert isn’t really ice
cream at all, but rather a creamy dairy-free dessert made of nothing but frozen
banana.
Ingredients:
4 pcs. Bananas
1 2/3 cups of milk
4/5 cup confectionary cream
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup sugar
Procedure:
To the smoothly mashed bananas, add the milk, cream,
sugar, and vanilla. Beat well until homogeneous and optionally put in a little
yellow confectionary dye for it to acquire a more appetizing appearance.
If you have a machine for ice cream,
put the mixture in it for 30 minutes. If you do not, put the box with the
mixture in the freezer and after about 30-40 minutes, remove and stir it again.
Put it back in the freezer until it
begins to freeze. Then remove it and stir it well one last time. All you have
to do now is leave the homemade banana ice cream to freeze for several hours.
